THE FARM PROJECT, Mike Meiré
The Farm Project is a traveling installation art project. It is a working kitchen with live-in livestock. Designed by German creative director Mike Meiré for luxury kitchen and bathroom brand Dornbracht, The Farm Project is based on a rustic farmhouse kitchen. It is a deliberate counterpoint to today’s ubiquitous minimalist design. The Farm Project is about bringing life back into the kitchen; the colors, the smells, the details, the animals, the springs, the sounds, the trees, the surprises, the ripening, the rituals.
